• 2. 3 P.m. – Continuation of the Public Hearing on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Advertised Budget Plan, the FY 2027 - 2031 Advertised Capital Improvement Program (CIP) (WITH Future Fys to 2036) and to Ame Chairman McKay relinquished the Chair to Vice-Chairman Smith and moved that the Board close the public hearing while leaving the record open to receive written testimony until May 5, 2026. That will permit persons who wish to testify on this matter to continue to do so by providing written testimony after the close of the public hearing. Vice-Chairman Smith seconded the motion. Following a brief discussion, with Board Members expressing thanks to staff for their hard work and dedication throughout the last three days of hearings, the question was called on the motion and it carried by unanimous vote. · Carried by unanimous vote Clerk's Board Summary (Fairfax County)
